Wild Wings is a small organisation which was founded by two brothers, Onne and Simon Vegter. They conduct set itineraries (primarily in the Kruger National Park, South Africa) as well as arrange tailor made safaris. They now also have an office in the UK.
The brothers themselves are well travelled and select destinations, camps and lodges according to their experience.
Service delivery is very important to the Wild Wings team who ensures every safari is a once in a lifetime experience. Bottled water, binoculars and blankets are offered on game drives which are undertaken on open vehicles so you can look forward to experiencing the smells and sounds of the African bush and not just have a visual safari.
Quality meals and accommodation are part and parcel of every trip they plan, as is a personal experienced, enthusiastic, qualified safari guide.
We believe all safari operators should look after the environment and preserve it for future generations. Wild Wings ticks this box and subscribes to a minimum impact ecotourism philosophy.
